It all began with the identification of a problem in workforce management and business communication – a lack of a suitable software tool for efficient workforce management. Having cut their teeth on systems that never worked, the founding members -Simon, Warren and James – combined their collective experience to build a system that would disrupt the market and fuel their entrepreneurial spirit.

2Way Workforce is an online, on-demand Software as a Service (SaaS) solution providing one mobile platform for your sales teams, covering multiple business processes. Our platform uses the latest mobile and cloud technology that can be e-tailored to fit your business needs. 2Way Workforce keeps the User foremost in mind with great attention given to design, workflow and User Experience.

2Way Systems has forged ahead to create a vibrant team with world-class business partners – the likes of Vodacom, Vodafone, RCS Group, FG Knights, Harding, Signarama and Revlon. We are proud to have evolved internationally, with established Companies operating in London and Cape Town.

Our technical team is comprised of dedicated developers with honed experience in back-end and front-end mobile and web development. The Team has worked in multiple countries including the US, UK, and SADC.
