The model behind the network is incredibly simple… we provide a means for select employers to share their unutilized talent to a closed network of in-house teams and get financially rewarded for doing so. For the most, this will mean the first-ever income stream into the HR department.

The result? A highly-targeted network of quality and active talent that companies can dip into for future hiring needs. The network is then contributed to by our very own ‘Netflix Originals’ model, where we run our own campaigns to find the best talent in the market.
